Is there anything I can do while I'm waiting for Steamway to arrive?
In most cases, there really isn't anything extraordinary that you can do on your own.  When you call Steamway, our technician will call you with any instructions.  Be sure to explain your situation carefully.
How long does it take for Steamway to show up on Emergency calls?
Generally your Steamway technician makes every attempt top respond to your call within 2 hours.  For larger emergencies and flooding, additional equipment and technicians are needed...lengthening some response times.
Is there an additional charge for after hour calls?
Yes.  Steamway after hour calls are between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 
6:00 a.m.  And an additional charge of $75.00 is added to your invoice.
