long does it take for Steamway to show up on Emergency
calls?
Generally
your Steamway technician makes every attempt top respond
to your call within 2 hours. For larger emergencies
and flooding, additional equipment and technicians are
needed...lengthening some response times.
Is
there an additional charge for after hour calls?
Yes.
Steamway after hour calls are between the hours of 8:00
p.m. and
6:00 a.m. And an additional charge of
$75.00 is added to your invoice.
